Dean of Instruction Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Curriculum and Instruction
• Manage the Master Schedule
• Supervise the Counseling Department
• Serve as Campus Testing Coordinator
• Facilitate Professional Staff Development
• Oversee Federal Programs (LPAC, Migrant, MKV)
• Coordinate Student Tutorials and Cougar Tracks
• Lead Campus Improvement Plan and Federal Collaborative Meetings
• Guide Campus Planning and Lesson Plan Review
• Support and Monitor Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)
• Manage the INSPIRE Teacher Mentoring Program
• Organize Walk-Through Schedule and Individual Graduation Committees (IGCs)
• Promote Parental Involvement
• Perform Other Duties as Assigned
